Precise pressing of PEM elements such as nuts, threaded studs or female thread sleeves allows us to obtain a permanent and solid connection to steel or aluminum sheet.

We use studs, nuts, captive screws and many other elements in our products where precision of fastener placement is paramount. We offer the possibility of installing M2 to M8 threaded studs, M3 to M12 nuts, M3 to M6 threaded sleeves and other non-standard fasteners.

The 4-die carousel shortens the time of making a piece where there are several types of fasteners by eliminating the need to reequip the press.
